Classic, light and airy German pancake topped with house-made compote from fresh, locally grown gooseberries & raspberries. Finished with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream. Arnold's Farm breakfast sausage served on the side.

THURSDAY
NY Bagel Strata

NY Bagel pieces combined with locally grown cherry tomatoes, red onion, Gruyere cheese and a rich custard. Baked until golden brown and served with Arnold’s Farm bacon on the side.
